Important Notes:
Atlas Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. processes visa applications only for tourism and business visits.
Visa fees, document checklist, and application processing time are subject to change without prior notice.
Fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted or processed to the Consular Office / Immigration / Embassy, under any circumstances. Fees may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations (ROE).
The decision to grant, delay, or refuse a visa lies solely with the Consular Office / Immigration / Embassy. Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. has no control or influence over such decisions and shall not be held liable for any delays, refusals, or issues arising therefrom.
Upon receiving the visa copy, agents must verify all visa details against the passport and travel documents and report any discrepancies within 24 hours. Corrections may take 8–10 working days. Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for losses or costs incurred from ticket bookings or hotel reservations made prior to visa approval.
Passengers must exit the destination country within the visa validity period.
Travel Agents are responsible for any overstay penalties imposed by UAE & GCC governments.
A penalty of INR 110,000/- per passenger applies for any absconding case, as per UAE & GCC government regulations.
Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for medical insurance claims; agents must contact the insurance company directly. Any deportation charges incurred will be borne by the agent.
Submission of a confirmed flight ticket is not required for Singapore visa processing—only a tentative travel date is needed. The company will not be responsible for any losses due to flight or hotel changes.
